A child who joins part-way through a month is charged only for the days they were there, and a child who leaves stops costing the day they go.
Never more than R 499,00 a month. The bill stops climbing at 41 children — every child after that is free, however big you grow.

Questions
Why is the app free to download?
Your subscription covers the whole centre and is bought here on the website. The iOS and Android apps are free — your staff and parents simply sign in with the invitation you send them.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your centre drops to the free plan, and any records beyond the free limits become read-only until you subscribe. You can export everything at any time, on any plan.
What if a child joins half way through the month?
You are charged for the days they were actually with you, not the whole month. The same goes the other way: a child who leaves on the 10th costs you ten days, not thirty. Your bill on the first of each month shows the working.
Does the bill change when my numbers change?
Yes, every month, automatically. There is nothing to tell us and no plan to change — we count the children on your roll and charge for those. Applications and waiting lists are not counted; nor are children who have left.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Teachers take the register and write daily reports offline on their phones. Everything syncs as soon as there is signal again — built for load-shedding.
